What we do
Cognitrix Systems LLC is an enterprise software company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We build DIVE, an operational platform for enterprises running IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, and we deliver the IBM Sterling ecosystem services that make those environments work.
The two halves reinforce each other. DIVE improves how enterprises operate IBM Sterling B2B Integrator; our services build, modernize, secure, and support the ecosystem behind it. Neither is a staffing arrangement and neither is generic consulting. Everything we do is scoped to one platform family and the operational problems it creates at scale.

DIVE is a product with a roadmap, not a collection of scripts assembled per engagement. What one customer funds, every customer receives.

Our engineers have carried production pagers for these platforms. Designs reflect what has to be supported at 3 a.m., not what demonstrates well.

Modernization does not require rebuilding every integration. Working business processes, maps, and partner configuration are kept where they remain fit for purpose.

Every engagement ends with runbooks and knowledge transfer. Dependence on a supplier is a risk, not a business model.

Nine Summits Tech is our authorized technology partner and regional distributor for the Middle East and India. Cognitrix owns DIVE — the platform, intellectual property, product roadmap, and engineering — while Nine Summits Tech supports regional market development, commercial engagement, and customer coordination in those markets.
