- Our authorized technology partner and regional distributor for the Middle East and India, Nine Summits Tech, where their involvement is needed to respond to your enquiry or to coordinate services you request.
- Professional advisers, auditors, and authorities where required by law.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.
